Depending on the seasons, there is a time difference of 11 to 12 hours with Eastern Time. We offer great flexibility to our clients according to their needs. Collaborators can work during standard hours, but also during certain hours that overlap with the client's business hours, or even 100% according to the schedule and location of the client. The flexibility of the workforce offers unique perspectives for clients and allows for an activity that can cover 24 hours a day as needed.

In our business model, we offer continuous supervision in our offices in Ho Chi Minh City, which means that each collaborator is in the office every scheduled workday with the client to ensure their exclusivity and relevance for the assigned tasks. GET provides guidance and support to each employee through Canadian and Vietnamese leaders who have training and degrees aligned with the tasks. To date, our General Manager of GET Vietnam is Mr. Thanh Lam, who has over 10 years of experience in international business and supply chain management. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toulouse in France and an MBA from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, USA. He is assisted by Emilien Schoeb, who is the office manager in Vietnam. Emilien is a mechanical engineer by training with over 10 years of expertise at LR Tek in Montreal, Canada.
