STAFF ABROAD PROCESS
Step 1
Preparation
We will talk closely with our customers to fully understand the customers‘ resources and what they demand in details for the exact recruitment.
Step 2
Find Candidate
In this step, we will search for candidates for our customers based on the necessary requirements, which will give suggestions about candidates and clarify more in the recruitment process.
Step 3
Recruitment
After selecting potential candidates, we will sort their profiles out according to the criteria so that our customers can easily make decisions.
Step 4
Interview
The number of interview rounds will be based on customers’ requirements or the necessary skills tests that they believe should prove the candidates‘ abilities.
Step 5
Office set up
Based on customers‘ plan and request, we will arrange seating for candidates in our office in Vietnam.
Step 6
Support
Closely follow the working process and work performance of the candidates with their client.
